Gippal
Paine and Gippal were close friends in the Crimson Squad, and still are (even though she more-or-less denied she knew him @ Djose Temple...maybe because he went out with Rikku?) to this day, considering her worry and the way she acted when he was injured. Although they're good friends, I can't see them becoming anything more, especially considering what a big Yuna/Gippal I am....

Nooj
Nooj is, in a way, like a big brother to Paine, even though they're not too different agewise. Their personalities are a lot alike, in a "fight first, think later" type of way. Also, Nooj and Paine obviously have some kind of an admiration for one another. But, I personally can't see them dating. You never know, though...
